We would like to thank you so much for all your help and support when purchasing our pool through you. As we have heard so many horror stories about pool companies and most pool installations, we were very weary and cautious.
From the first moment I spoke to you (Andrew) I felt comfortable and reassured. Because I met you through ebay, all I was hearing was "you better be careful" my husband included, obviously because people have been conned. But you came to Melbourne the day you said you would (from Sydney) and spoke to me and my husband and answered all our questions and we were so impressed by you and blown away by your attitude and your help and sincerity.
After building our own house we become quite reserved and had built up a wall in front of us just incase of any more bad experiences and dodgy tradesman.We can honestly say that you are one of the most hard working men we have ever met with an unbelievable love for his job and pride in his work.
My husband and I are stocked by you and your company. Our pool is magnificent your service was magnificent, your support, your guidance just everything went so smoothly and without a hitch. Its truly hard to believe, we sometimes look outside and we both can't believe we have this pool I got the colour I wanted, I got the shape I wanted and I got my above ground fibreglass that I wanted, that no other company made.
Andrew we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. The price of our pool compared to other companies was fantastic, I think if it weren't for you we honestly would not have our pool right now. It was so hard convincing my husband in getting a pool in the first place, because everyone else we have ever spoken to quoted us something ridiculous. Some of our friends have asked for your number and we will recommend you to anyone who wants a pool. If any of your customers need any reassurance feel free to pass our number onto them, its the least we can do for you...
I am so happy I went on ebay the day I did and I am so happy I met you.

Pool has been fantastic! Can’t imagine getting through this heat without it – especially seeing I’m 8 months pregnant!
The pool is really gorgeous at night when there are no kids splashing and the lights are on. Beautiful. Wish we’d done it years earlier.

It was a blessing when we happened upon Australian Kit Pool Sales after multiple
phone calls, faxes and queries (which andrew was unfazed) we finally decided on the
Nicole model which has proven ideal as the width and length allows us to move our
disabled adult son around the pool getting full use of the space and the depth is
